How to cite this artcle

Below are three conventions for citing the article

Gammon, Vic, 'Problems in the Performance and Historiography of English Popular Church Music'

You will notice that the article has paragraph numbers on the right-hand side. Both MLA and Chicago style allow for this when citing online journals. Hence, at the end of the citation, include the number of paragraphs thus:
